Boats & Watercraft

The Association has boat moorings available on a seasonal or half seasonal basis as well as on a weekly basis.

Access to buoys may be obtained through an Association dinghy. Dinghies are located at each pier. Oars may be only checked out by an adult 16 years or older.

Boaters must lock dinghies to the pier after use and return oars to the Staff Office. Boaters are responsible to provide their own life vest during dinghy use.

Canoes, kayaks, and dinghies must be stored in designated area. Please see on-site staff for further information.

bullet Boats are not allowed to use the beach area for loading, unloading or beaching at any time.
bullet Boaters use of the piers is for loading and unloading only.
bullet Boats are not to be left unattended on piers.
bullet Boaters & Swimmers shall have priority over fishing on the piers from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Buoy Availability

The Association owns and maintains boat buoys for the use of members. The boat registration & member name must be the same. Guests and tenants may not apply for buoy use. The maximum boat length is 27 feet.

Dinghies are located at each pier and are available to use for buoy access.

Applications must be completed in full and returned with all requested information, including the boat registration, current insurance certificate and full payment & deposit by April 30th of the year applying.

There will be 7-10 weekly buoys and 7-15 half season buoys. The balance of buoys will be for seasonal use. Any homeowner who didn’t get a full season buoy the prior year will be eligible for one the next year..

The drawing for the remaining buoys as well as next year's priority list will be held at the beach on a Saturday in May each year. Please see the current year's Buoy Application for date and time of drawing.
